Today after the update cant load the hack please Help

I log in the loader i download and it tell me to start the game. I go open the game up blackops and when it try to open a error message come out. Blackopsmp.exe has stopped working. ect. I try openning the game with out the hack and everything works great. when I open it whith the loader problams. any idea whats the problem
