Just a quick question will the VIP will be automaticaly renewed or will I have to renew monthly or how does it work.
Also as off now are the hacks detectable for MW2? and how will i know when they get detected first time using hacks.

You have to pay every 28 days for a new sub, there is no renewing anymore.
