Quick question about mw2 hacks

Hey just have a quick question about the mw2 hacks how safe is the latest version because i used it in nov-december and i got band so was just wondering how high the ban rate was this month. and i realised on the add it said that no one has been banned for 4 mths is that true.

We have had some bans but we are working out what they are related too, people playing mw2 and mw2 only have not reported bans afaik, they seem to be blackops players getting banned on BO and then MW2.
