MW2 Hacks Still Work? And Subscription Problem

Do the MW2 hacks still work? I wouldn't know because for some reason, my subscription was cancelled. Seems there was some funding source issue, that I fixed by doing almost nothing other than click a button in Paypal, and then my subscription got cancelled. So now I have NO hacks. I will wait until VIP purchases are back up to re-purchase, but if there's a way to get my old subscription going, please let me know.
