For some reason my main acc got deactviated dannyyyyy wondering can it be re0activiated since its got some subs on thank you and please tell me why it as deactivated thx :)

It was deactivated due to a chargeback on the payment and no it is not possible to get it reactivated unless you pay back the chargeback.

well can't u cancel the sub and I make another payment why should my acc be deactivated to this?

I paid for 2 seperate subs as well :S:S:S: as u will find when u look down to the support threads I made now u deactiviate my account when I have paid twice for the good and not even had 1 month worth

You purchased from us and then disputed the payment, this costs us money when you do it so this is why you have been deactivated and banned from using our services.

ok thats not very fair I try to sort it though ok? as I did not know about this I be honest with you I had some fraudlent claims on my card this month so the bank issued a payback but next month I pay it back to u guys ok when i get a new card

another thing I have been a customer for nearly 2 yrs as well so I woulc expect some leniency with me since nothing like this has occured with me before thx

As stated above we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY!

Unless the payment is undisputed and paid back to us then your account will not be activated again.
