Hey guys, well im about to purchase it, so i have some questions.
first one, is this hack pack is complete safe, i mean i cant get banned by VAC or somethin, cuz ima abit afraid to lose my Steam account.
second question , those hacks are free for 4 weeks , and then i need to buy it again?

Every 4 weeks it will require a new sub.
Unfortunately I can not tell you they are completely safe. No hacks are. Any site that says otherwise is not being honest.
At the time of a new hack release they are undetected. MW2 and CODBO are working as hard as they can to keep hacks out of the game.
The coder does his best to keep them in the game. I myself have been banned on both MW2 and BO, we advise members to have 2 accounts. 1 for fun and 1 for keeping clean and unbanned. This way you suffer less of a loss if a ban does happen

Oh ok, and there is some way that like Vac detects your hacks? or its just someone told them this player using hacks

For MW2 there is no reports so the only way you can be banned is if the hacks get detected, BlackOPS people can report you so that is possible and more likely.

You have to have faith in the coder
