I have never heard of anyone being banned simply by the posting of a video. As you can see by watching most of them the quality that the viewers see makes it extremely hard for them to ascertain what the username is of the player doing the hacking is.

Don't worry about it dude. By the time you encode it, the in game text will be distorted.
