renewel subscription

Hi guys havent been on for awhile , busy with study and work . an as such much subsciption has expired.
To renew my subscription do i just go back into purchase and make my "donation" for vip hacks again ?
i paid previously via credit card , will that be a problem ? looks like a few things have changed since i was last on here .
