Just paid. wondering how long

Hey i just did the instant access. for the Razar cod 4 cheats

was just wondering if i did it right.

all i put in was the credit card number and expiration date in the secure checkout. was i ment to put other details in there? or.....

Indeed. If the only info you filled out was the CC # and expiration date, that leaves me nothing to search and verify your payment with, for I can not search via a CC number this number is not shown to us for your protection.
If you entered any info at all other than CC # and expiration date please post back that info and I will try to search for it that way. If you do not have any other info; sadly, there is nothing I can do to set you up. Even if you post CC information showing charge, It is information that can not be used to search for a payment. If I can not find a payment and verify it by information given by you, then I can not set you up. If that is the case in the end then you will need to contact your CC company to reclaim your funds, then at the point of reclamation subscribe again and at least include an email or Full name

will you not see there is a payment from an unknown with no information tho? done today 5 mins before this post was made?
kinda silly when the only fields that have an asterix ** are the ccn and the exp date...

Sorry for the double post.

I just got off the phone with my bank. they cannot cancell the payment because it is a visa debit card and the money comes out directly.
They did however say that you should be able to distinguish between the payment because it is a visa debit. and of the payment of $18.88.
they said at this stage it is up to codhacks.com to honor the sale or provide replacement/refund
failing that i have to wait for the money to be fully taken out of my account and lodge a dispute that can take up to 21 days.(i really dont want to take this route)

there has to be a way you can search for this payment. Made today between 2 and 3 AEST or 5 mins before the thread was made (not sure what timezone you run in) of 18.88AUD Via ANZ Visa Debit card

We receive payments daily, and multiple payments at the same time from various members. I have no way of verifying a payment sent from you when you did not fill in any information. Your CC company certainly can work with you if you speak with the manager or someone with the ability to help. I can not refund what I can not find. If I was able to find it you would have your subscription already. I can not send you a refund simply because you say you paid.
No CC information shows on our end for your safety and security. It is done that way for a reason, it is to keep companies from having your CC # and using it fraudulently. If you do not provide the info in the purchase then we have nothing to go on. No I can not look for a payment sent from someone with no information on it during a certain time frame. We receive many just like that within the same time frame, not just one. Even If I could single it out, there is still no way of proving that the payment is from you. As mentioned, since you left the fields blank then you will need to contact your CC company for further help. You may possibly be able to contact support @ Authorize.net and ask them if they can verify your payment by your CC #, then they can possibly supply you with the actual transaction ID. We can not do this, we do not own Authorize.net or your CC. I am sorry for it to have gone this way, however you are the one that left the fields blank, be it they are required or not.
We receive multiple payments from Visa daily, there is no way for us to see if its a debit or credit card. This is all done via Authorize.net. We receive an email when a payment is accepted. That email provides us with information given from the buyer (you). That info is then used to verify that you are the owner of that purchase. If the buyer (you) provide no information and does not save the transaction ID then there is nothing left for us to verify the purchase with.

the CC company cannot help once the funds have been cleared and taken out of my account.
i spoke to the manager and that's the answer he gave me.

i will try and contact authorise.net see if they can do something about it. If not i guess Have fun with your free money
i didn't think it would need that other information seeing you have to be logged into ur account for it to work, and it says instant access so from that. i understood once i pay its automatically linked to my account and i get "instant access". apparently this is not the case...

edit.. just looked up aurthorise.net it is going to cost me more than $18.88 aud just to ring them. due to international charges

If i was to make another payment would you be able to see that they originated from the same card?
and then you match the second payment with the first and ill have 2 months sub paid. or will it not work like that either

We receive no information other than what is provided by you on purchase. We do not get your CC# only Authorize.net gets your actual CC#, so there would be no cross referencing information to match. We do not even get the buyers IP. This is all kept strictly confidential for your security. (I understand in this case its not helping). I use a debit card daily for all my transaction be it for personal or business. I have the ability to contact my bank and seek help from them to cancel the payment sent if I am in need. Granted I have to have a valid and a good valid reason for this. I am not sure what your bank will say to this situation.
Authorize.net offer direct site email support, as well as a toll free #. I do not know what country you are in so it may not be toll free for you. The # is 877-447-3938. The direct link to the email support they offer is below.

I tried to ring authorise.net and the person i got on the line didn't speak English.

So i have send off an email and am hoping i can resolve it this way. or i am going to have to loge a dispute through ANZ and wait what could be a month before i see my money again. sigh

Our alert that a payment has been processed does not even show the last 4 of the card. I was able to find your newest payment and you have been setup. Please keep us informed on your progress with the first payment. It is not a matter of doubting your word on the purchase, it is just how things have to be done to keep everything correct when it comes to the business/paper work end.

thx.. i think you gave me 2 months free back when i was using it last. so i might leave the original payment. or lodge a disupute with ANZ and then just redonate the money anyway....

heya the last 3-4 days iv been trying to log into the hack and it said user not verrified.
I thought my subscription was up and i couldnt repurchase because i am waiting for my new credit card to come in the mail.
Just logged into the site to have a look and my sub is ment to run out today... why was it cancelled early?
