I can see just fine the SS you post. That does not change the fact that PayPal has reported that you have reversed the payment for 20$ and then made a payment for 10$
I can only advise you to contact PayPal and ask them why your payment for 20 was reversed

If you have donated $20 on that account and you did a chargeback on your old account then you will be locked from the loader.

I manualy didnt make chargeback. I was contact the paypal whats is wrong we will se what wil happen. And you stil have my 10$ on old account. I hope on best.
