How To Reset My Account?

So recently I spilt soda on my alienware laptop (:| ) and now i bought a new one and i just figured out that you have to get your account reseted and a small charge. So How do I reset my account?

We allow one free reset to a new pc, any other reset will cost 10$, please log in to your new computer then post back when you get the HWID error.

You only have 3 posts on that account and they are all on this post. If you paid for 3 months then you would have more in the payment thread.

Your first post to this forum was June 29th. I found no payments from you listed in your responses. If you feel; you should have access because you have paid for a subscription, then please post back a Transaction ID to verify payment. If you paid for 3 months access then it was under a different forum nick. You have no posts under this nick showing a single Transaction ID
