A pending transaction is one in which NETELLER is waiting to receive financial confirmation from the merchant. One of the main reasons why the funds are still showing as pending is because NETELLER is waiting for the merchant to take the funds from the NETELLER account.
Unfortunately NETELLER cannot cancel apending transaction manually. If you wish to cancel a pending transaction, please contact the merchant and have the transaction cancelled. If a pending transaction remains pending after 10 business days, it will then be cancelled automatically and the funds will return back to your NETELLER account. The transaction will then show as declined.
