Subscription Shorted?

Hey guys. I tried logging in today and saw that i'm no longer subscribed. I purchased the plan last month on July 17th. Not sure why it expired already. Am I missing something? Thanks. And yes i'll be resubscribing once i figure out why it's not letting me resubscribe right now. Keep getting a transaction error.

Your sub did expire one day early. I did add one more day to your time. Your sub will Expire tomorrow
Your payment was received on July 17th, and the subscription time is for 4 week not 1 month.
I am not sure why you would have any issue on subscribing again via Authorize.net as everyone has the option to pay at any time.
Remember you MUST fill out your billing information for the payment to accepted.

Thanks for reactivating it. Yea I filled in the billing info and everything. Not sure whats going on yet. I saw it said I could use paypal? However when i'm in Authorize.net it doesn't have that option. I would love to use paypal since I use that for everything.

Yeah, PayPal is not an option any longer. We hope to add it back once we have the new forum up. No exact ETA though.
You may be able to contact Authorize.net and ask them for assistance on why it is declining your payment.
