When I go to download hack....it stops and i get error msg...."connection to server lost when authenticating" Whats up with that? I had no problem before. I checked and rechecked my firewall/antivirus. My connection is good. I just did a restore to an earlier bu, but it wasn't a very old one.

Make sure your connection settings are correct. If you have Internet Explorer and it works, compare Internet Explorer's connection settings (Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections: LAN) to those of Firefox (Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network / Connection -> Settings) If your connection settings are not correct, then reset the connection settings.
