Hack won't load

Tryed to load hack and it wont let me, I deleted everything and now I can't find Hack Loader. Is my subscription over? My bank statement said I purchased Hack on July 13th. Can U let me know when I am done. thanks

You were set up on July 28th 2011. The hacks are good for 28 days. Today is August 9th 2011 so it has been 28 days.
