All Transactions Declined

No matter what card i use it always says transaction declined. so far i have used 2 amex's and a capital one am i dong something wrong? its not the first thing i have bought online and these cards work just not with this authorize.net thing. i know you don't have pay pal but i would pay an extra 5 or 10 $ to use it. you might say no to this to but maybe i can give an admin money through Paypal and they could use authorize.net. it doesn't really matter i just want to get this working

We have no control over what Credit cards are excepted or declined by Authorize.net.
We also do not have any ability to prompt them to accept your payment or to not.
If you are having issues with paying then you need to contact Authorize.net. They are an independent entity that our payments are sent to.
We do not directly accept payments.

Im getting the same, tried my Visa and Mastercard, spoke to card issuiers and no issue their end. Cannot find a consumer email address for Authorize.net (although I mailed them anyway) and everything on their website support wise seems to be geared towards Merchants resolving the issues rather than the purchaser contacting Authorize.

Now perhaps it would be helpful in contacting Authroize via your Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net where no doubt you'll have a way to contact them to ask/tell them that a number of your customers are having an issue making payments.

If this helps; my Credit card issuier has said that Authroize have debited $20 from my card then recredited the funds back on to the card. Rang a second time to confirm, my card issuier say they are not refusing the transaction however they can 'see' it. With that being the case I'm satisfyed that I'm entering the correct details.

As Kaged said above, we do not have any control over the Credit Cards that are accepted or declined through authorize.net
You are going to have to contact them directly either through email or through phone.
If it is a case of your Credit card. Then I would recommend contacting your credit card company.

Goldstorm, Authroize tell me they have been having issues accepting payments with a select number of their merchants due to their payment verification system recalling transactions incorrectly marked as fraudulent. They have now resolved the issue and I've just tried it myself and it appears to be working now. Give it another try :)
