For the english keys, are they still Russian version just has multilanguage or is is the US version?

I hear Steam put a restriction for Russian keys so I just wanted to ask to make sure.

The English keys are full ENG Keys .. these are not Russian keys these are the same keys you can find at your local best buy, ebgames, walmart etc

I paid for two Black Ops Russian today....via Paypal. It took me to a website but I can't read Russian.
Can you help me out here or is there an email I will get with a link to the download? From the way it reads, I am actually downloading the full game, its in Russian and says your not sure if it has English option in the language. Let me know. Thanks

I think you ordered from Badmerlin not me .. because I don't use paypal just Google Checkout

To answer your last question - yes you have to download the game in russian from steam than use the conversion installer to put it into english.
